Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During high order volumes, shipments may experience slight delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 7–30 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking

International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by shipping carriers. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
